The API access details from your store's admin panel, or a Client ID + Secret pair, are
enough. Reading orders requires the read_orders scope and editing products
requires write_products.
Store credentials and AI API keys are stored encrypted on the server, are never shown back on any screen and are used only for your own account's requests. Every account's data is isolated from the others.
Not on the panel side. The assistant runs on your own API key: you enter a key from your Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account and usage is billed directly by that provider.
Yes. Stores connect to a single account; orders are collected in one list, filtered by store and labelled in bulk. Depending on your plan you can connect 1, 3 or unlimited stores, and new channels are added to the same account as they launch.
Yes. The shipping label prints the cash-on-delivery amount and payment method separately, and the COD fee is counted as a cost in the profit calculation. Professional and higher plans also include suspicious order screening.
